2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes
I love the taste of pancakes, but I hate how they weigh my stomach down. If you feel the same way, try these 2-ingredient pancakes for a lighter, healthier, and more delicious experience!
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- cinnamon (optional)
Mix banana and eggs in a blender or food processor. Heat some oil/butter/spray butter in a pan over low/medium heat. Pour batter in the pan. Pancakes will be less fluffy than normal pancakes so flip them once the side of the pancake start to dry. Enjoy with low fat yogurt on top!
