Balsamic Rosemary Pork Chops
This was a very yummy meal! Pork is a lean and delicious option for meat lovers 🙂
- 3 pork chops
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Crush up the garlic and coat the cutlets with garlic, pepper, and rosemary (see photo above). Pour the balsamic into a pan and heat over medium heat, cook until it is reduced in half. Add the pork to the pan and cook about 5 min on each side (until the core temp is 145 degrees F). We served it with pearled cous cous, tomatoes, and asparagus! It was delicious!
