Goddess Salmon

This was super simple and yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons goddess dressing (made by Annie’s)
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spread a relatively thin layer of goddess dressing over the top of each salmon steak (1 tablespoon for each steak).  Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of a lemon onto the salmon and cook for 17 minutes or until light pink and flaky on the inside.  Serve with a lemon wedge in case it needs even more lemon!  Enjoy!
