Marni’s Herb Grilled Chicken with Roasted Veggies over Brown Rice Pasta

- Mrs. Dash garlic and herb
- Fresh rosemary (about 2-3 sticks) pull off herbs from stick
- Fresh thyme (about 2-3 sticks) pull off herbs from stick
- 1 lemon
- 2 Zucchini
- Half bag of spinach
- 1 box cherry tomatoes
- olive oil (2 tsp)
- garlic (2 gloves)
- half bag of brown rice pasta
- shredded parmesan
- hot pepper flakes
Marinate grilled chicken with a little bit of olive oil, half a lemon, Mrs. Dash seasoning, thyme, rosemary and about 6 cut up cherry tomatoes in a bowl in the fridge. Bake chicken in the oven at 375 for about 25 minutes or unit cooked. Start making the pasta, following directions on the bag. While cooking place oil in a pan and heat up. Add garlic and stir for about 5 minutes until garlic cooks. Add in zucchini and tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat until they are soft. Add in a few shakes of hot pepper flakes and mix well (optional) Add in spinach and stir all together. Cover the pan until the spinach welts.
Take out chicken and cut into small pieces and place in the pan. Add in pasta and mix all together. Add more lemon to taste and parmesan cheese if wanted.
