Shrimp Veggie Pasta

Shrimp Veggie Pasta

This is a very colorful and light (yet filling) pasta dish!


Veggie Shrimp Pasta




  • 2.5 cups veggie pasta (pasta made out of vegetables)
  • 3 cups shrimp
  • veggies: mushrooms, corn, tomato, onion, red/orange bell pepper, broccoli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 gloves garlic (crushed or cut into small chunks)
  • Pepper (to taste)


Saute the shrimp in a pan with the garlic and butter.  Boil water in a pot and once water is boiling add noodles, cook until slightly mushy.  Cut up small amounts of each of the veggies and cook separately in another pan, season with pepper to taste.  Drain the noodles and serve all combined on a plate!  (I don’t have specific amounts for the veggies, because it’s truly whatever you want)!  David added ‘O Face’ hot sauce to his, I added nothing to mine and thought it was delicious!
