Teriyaki Salmon Burgers
This would have been delicious, but the salmon burgers themselves were super fishy (probably not the freshest!), but otherwise, it was good! I added cheese to mine (as shown in the photo), but david left his without cheese.
- 2 salmon patties
- teriyaki marinade
- veggies (red and orange bell peppers, onion, jalapeño)
- Butter lettuce (or any type of greens!)
- Cheese (American or pepper jack)
- whole wheat buns
Marinate the salmon burgers in teriyaki sauce for about 20 min and then place the burgers onto the grill. Meanwhile, slice up some veggies in a pan and saute them. Melt cheese on the salmon burgers just as they are finishing up on the grill. Add the salmon burger, veggies, and lettuce to the bun and serve!
